What You Will Do

• Engaging with clients while understanding and responding to their inquiries and needs.
• Working with multiple teams in various qualitative and quantitative research and consulting projects while reporting to team members and Project Manager on a daily basis.
• Involving in an end-to-end research process from research design, data collection, and data analysis to report development and presentation.

What You Will Need

• Final-year student or recent graduate from a reputable university, majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong skills in creating and improving training materials, including an understanding of the latest market trends and conceptual approaches.
• Interest in marketing research and marketing in general.
• Interest in problem solving for 5 key industries groups, such as:
  • Financial Services Industry
  • Automotive, Transportation, and Logistics
  • Communication, High-Tech, and Media
  • Healthcare, Property, and Consumer Goods
  • Resources, Infrastructure, and Utilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage with both internal teams and external clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Commitment to a 6-month internship.
• Ability to start immediately and willingness to work on-site (WFO).
