What You Will Do

• Attracting new clients in the tourism sector by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
• Identifying and researching opportunities that emerge in new and existing markets.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring long-term relationships and revenue growth.
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offering solutions to their problems.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
• 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling products; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Familiarity with the Bali market or a strong willingness to build connections in the area.
• Experience or familiarity in the tourism industry is a plus.
• Track record of overachieving quota.
• Positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for feedback.
• Extraordinary oral and written communication skills.
• Deep self-motivation and the ability to self-manage.
• Ability to join immediately.
