What You Will Do

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
• Consult prospects and recommend suitable training or certification programs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into paying customer.
• Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
• Collaborate with the product marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
• Logging, tracking, and maintaining customer contact and contact records.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in education or training is preferred.
• Proven experience in retail business, consumer-facing industries, or individual (B2C) customer segments.
• Target-driven and comfortable working with commission-based incentives.
• Confident in cold calling and lead follow-up.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Willing to work on-site in South Jakarta.
• Available to join immediately or within short notice.
